Listen NowAs I got well and then really well, people started reaching out. Friends, family, and the like were sick with Lyme, or other illnesses that felt equally isolating and terrifying, and wanted to know what I did to get well.
On my journey, I picked up an overflow of tools to heal and self-care practices—from gratitude, journaling, and meditation to learning how to eat a nutrient-dense diet ideal for me. I was overjoyed to share it all with you and to help strategize your path to wellness. I realized that I could talk to people for hours about how I healed. I LOVE wellness.
